Be candid and responsible
Verified physicians contribute discussions about professional life, training, careers, workplaces, contracts and compensation. Reading requires invited, verified and approved membership. Disagreement and good-faith criticism are welcome. Describe your own experience, distinguish opinion from factual allegations and avoid unsupported claims about identifiable people. Anonymous authorship does not guarantee confidentiality or remove your obligations to colleagues, patients or the law.
Protect patients and private people
Do not post patient identifiers or details that could reasonably identify a patient, including rare clinical circumstances combined with dates, locations or relationships. Do not publish private contact information, addresses, badge details or other identifying information about colleagues or members. Do not investigate or expose an anonymous author's real identity. Automated composer warnings are imperfect; you remain responsible for reviewing content.
No threats, harassment or discrimination
Threats, targeted harassment, intimidation, hateful abuse and encouragement of violence are prohibited. Do not organize pile-ons, follow people across threads or retaliate against a suspected reporter. Urgent safety concerns should be reported and may lead to immediate content restriction and escalation. Contact emergency services for immediate danger; the platform is not an emergency-response service.
Credentials and integrity
Use one truthful professional identity for verification, keep your professional profile current and never share accounts. Do not impersonate physicians, evade bans, manipulate polls or votes, manufacture activity or present platform-generated discussions as organic member posts. Official prompts are visibly labeled Official. Verification does not authorize claims of expertise outside your actual qualifications.
Confidential material and solicitation
Do not upload confidential employment documents, trade secrets, patient records or material you lack permission to share with members. Summarize job offers without identifiable or restricted terms. Copyright applies to private beta discussion. Spam, advertising, recruiter solicitation, paid surveys and employer lead generation are outside this MVP. Community discussion is not individualized legal or financial advice.
Reports, blocks and accountability
Report concerning posts or comments using the closest category and a concise explanation. Reports are private; the reported person does not receive reporter identity. Do not repeat sensitive content unnecessarily in a report. You may block a visible pseudonymous identity. Blocking is applied to that representation and is deliberately not used to identify or filter its hidden anonymous contributions. Enforcement may include removal, warning, suspension, ban or reverification, with private records and a review-request process.
